I received a detailed report via text, complete with pictures and videos to explain the issues—which I really appreciated as a visual person! Next, we discussed the best way to move forward, prioritizing what needed immediate attention and what could wait a little while. Throughout the process, I received updates from Allison and the team, which kept me in the loop the entire time. Once the work was completed, I was able to pay easily through a secure text message link that included a detailed receipt—quick and convenient! Since I picked up the vehicle after hours, they had a seamless system in place. I got a text with the lockbox number, used my personal code to retrieve the keys, and was on my way.
